DIVISION OF LAW

This Division is responsible for:

• improving legal aspects of public procurement process and summarizing the implementation of legislation to submit proposals to relevant organizations,
• monitoring procurement process, issue recommendations and conclusions, ensure the implementation of laws and regulations in the activities of local procurement units,
• Improving the internal legal aspects, approving rules, regulations, and instructions,
• providing legal advice and information to the employees,  
• reviewing and approving the legal basis of the documents and acts issued by the Agency.
• acting on complaints, disputes, and requests related to the procurement process,
• representing the Agency at the court

The main partners of the Division are the Ministry of Finance, the Office of Fair Competition and Consumer Protection, courts of all levels, other relevant organizations and legal entities.
