The State Procurement, the implementing agency of Mongolian government invites Mongolian and foreign legal entities and their partners to participate for the concession of the “Darhan-Altanbulag highway expansion project to 4 lanes” which will be implemented on a “build-use-transfer” basis.
Under the project, the legal entity and its partners that has obtained a concession shall implement “Darhan-Altanbulag highway expansion project to 4 lanes” with its own and own resources. Investments in the project will be made up of operating income during the period of the concession covenant and transferred to state property as specified in the contract at the end of the term.
In accordance with the Law on Concessions and the "Procedures of Competitive Bidding for Concessions” and “Procedures of evaluating proposals of Competitive Bidding for Concessions” approved by Government Resolution № 103 of 2012, the tender process for project concessions will be organized.
According to this invitation, request for pre-qualification document with official letter and bank transfer note of non- refundable price of the document 5,000,000.00 (five million) MNT / Bank: State Fund, recipient: The State Procurement, Account:1009000009014/ shall be granted to the submitted the legal entity and its partners.
The legal entity and its partners who want to participate in the competition will submit a blocking the vote for each lot before 16:00 p.m. on December 18, 2023, as taught in the preliminary audit document.
The applicant who submits an offer to participate in the contest has the right to withdraw or re-submit his or her previous offer before the deadline for accepting the offer expires.
